Cancellation of participation
Participation in the conference can be canceled only by written notice of the client addressed and
delivered to the conference organizer by e-mail.
In case of cancellation of the conference, the following cancellation fees are set:
– until the beginning of the 120th day before the conference without cancellation fee;
– until the beginning of the 30th day before the conference with a cancellation fee of 50% of the
agreed amount of the conference fee for the person whose participation in the conference is
canceled;
– from the beginning of the 30th day before the conference until the beginning of the 14th day before the conference with a cancellation fee of 75% of the agreed amount of the conference fee for the
person whose participation in the conference is canceled;
– from the beginning of the 14th day before the conference to the beginning of the conference with a
cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed amount of the conference fee for the person whose
participation in the conference is canceled.
