Garden – Jaroslav Baláž

   This one is quite old but many times improved by old gardener Jaroslav Baláž. His decorative stone for his crevice garden outcrops is of igneous origin metamorphosed. In the front house is a garden with Daphne shrubs only. There is a large flat scree crevice garden with cool loving alpines in the shade of the house. Gentianas, Ranunculus, South American Oxalises, Incarvilleas are his favourites. Plenty of small crevice gardens among trimmed Pine trees made the garden very artistic. A large collection of Cyclamen maritimum is in a large alpine house together with difficult earth orchids.
